There is no single switch that permanently increases AdSense Page RPM. RPM is an outcome of traffic quality, ad demand, user experience, viewability and monetization setup. The useful approach is controlled testing.
1. Improve traffic quality, not just volume
Pages that answer commercially valuable or high-intent questions can monetize differently from broad low-intent traffic. Review Page RPM by landing page, country and device before deciding what content to scale.
2. Improve ad viewability without damaging UX
Ads that users never reach have limited value. At the same time, aggressive placements can hurt engagement, Core Web Vitals and long-term traffic. Test layout changes rather than maximizing ad count blindly.
3. Grow pages per session with useful internal links
Related calculators, guides and contextual internal links can help users continue their task. More genuinely useful pageviews can increase monetization opportunities without relying only on new visitors.
4. Segment by geography and season
Advertiser demand varies across countries and throughout the year. Compare the same segment over time so a geography mix change does not look like a monetization improvement or decline.
5. Measure with Page RPM
Use the Page RPM Calculator to normalize revenue against traffic, then use the AdSense Earnings Calculator to model what an improvement would mean at your current traffic level.
Do not chase a universal “good RPM.” The goal is sustainable revenue while preserving user experience, search performance and advertiser-safe content.
