Fluminense advanced to the FIFA Club World Cup final after a 2-0 win over dynamic Al Ahly in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
After a cautious first half, the Brazilian team took the lead in the 20th minute thanks to a penalty from Jhon Arias.
John Kennedy then came off the bench to add a late second and arrange a meeting with either Manchester City or Urawa Red Diamonds.

The breakthrough came for the defending Copa Libertadores champions when Marcelo controlled the ball, knocked down Percy Tau and then passed it across for the striker to finish in the penalty area.
