FIFA has officially informed supporters who purchased Club Fan Tickets for the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, including fans of Espérance Sportive de Tunis, that a partial refund will be issued. This gesture is a token of appreciation for those who committed early to attending the tournament.

Why the refund?

According to FIFA, this partial refund is a discretionary thank-you for fans who bought their tickets early. No action is required — the refund will be processed automatically.

How will the refund work?

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment card used during the initial purchase.
  • If the refund cannot be processed, FIFA will contact you to update your payment details.
  • All tickets purchased, including those already transferred to guests, are eligible for the refund.

What about your tickets?

  • Your tickets remain valid, and your seat assignments will not change.
  • Due to the update process, tickets may temporarily disappear from the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ app.
  • A new email will notify you once the tickets are restored in the app.
