ALDI acquires Winn-Dixie and Harveys supermarkets to continue growth in the Southeast
ALDI today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Winn-Dixie and Harveys Supermarkets as part of a broader resale of Southeast groceries to different entities. The acquisition continues ALDI’s growth, expanding its ability to serve the region with great products at the lowest possible prices.
