A well-known Tunisian beauty influencer, Farah El Kadhi, tragically passed away at the age of 36 following a suspected heart attack while on a yacht in Malta, according to local reports.
El Kadhi, who had garnered over 1 million followers on Instagram, was pronounced dead on Monday morning at Mater Dei Hospital, around 6:30 a.m., the Times of Malta reported.
Close friend and fellow influencer Soulayma Hneynia confirmed El Kadhi’s death through an Instagram story, stating that she died “peacefully in her sleep.” Hneynia described El Kadhi as a “truly wonderful person, known for her kindness, generosity, and warmth.” She added, “Her positive spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.”
Although El Kadhi appeared to have no visible injuries when admitted to the hospital, a magisterial inquiry has been launched to determine the exact cause of death.
El Kadhi was on vacation in Malta, where she also promoted various companies and brands through her Instagram. Her last social media posts featured her in the town of St. Julian’s, along Malta’s northeast shore, and aboard a boat docked at the Vittoriosa marina.
The influential social media star’s sudden death has left her followers and the wider influencer community in shock, mourning the loss of a vibrant personality who made a significant impact on many lives.
