Leaked amateur tape shows a congressional staffer having anal sex with an unidentified man in a Senate hearing room, according to a video obtained by the Daily Caller.
One photo also shows a staff member standing completely naked on all fours and staring into the camera on the table where senators often sit to ask questions during hearings.
