Big Bang Theory star Kate Miccuci says she is now cancer free

Big Bang Theory star Kate Miccuci says she is cancer-free after sharing on social media last week that she had undergone surgery following her lung cancer diagnosis.
Over the weekend, Miccuci shared an update on his TikTok page.
“I have good news, I am cancer free and the surgery last week went well.
All reports say it worked, I don’t need any further treatment,” she said in her post.
When Miccuci, 43, first shared the news about her diagnosis and subsequent surgery, she explained that something unusual appeared in her blood tests, leading to Further testing led to his eventual cancer diagnosis.
Research shows that lung cancer diagnosis rates have increased in women in recent years, even among non-smokers.
