List of Jeffrey Epstein’s victims and associates will be made public in 2024

In a recent development, a federal judge in New York, Judge Loretta A. Preska, has issued an order on Monday requiring the disclosure of the names of numerous alleged victims and associates connected to Jeffrey Epstein. This decision, set to take effect in 2024, is part of an ongoing case initiated by Virginia Roberts Giuffre. Giuffre, an American woman, previously asserted that Epstein sexually abused her during her underage years, with Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend and accomplice, allegedly aiding in the abuse.

Jeffrey Epstein faced federal charges in 2019 related to the operation of a sex trafficking ring, where he was accused of sexually abusing numerous underage girls. However, Epstein died by suicide in jail while awaiting trial. Subsequently, Maxwell was indicted on sex trafficking charges involving multiple victims and was convicted last year.

The present order stems from a 2015 defamation lawsuit filed by Giuffre, which was settled in 2017 and subjected to a protective order. Over time, portions of the case have been unsealed, as Giuffre, Maxwell, and various third-party individuals have engaged in discussions regarding what information should be made public. The forthcoming revelation of names in 2024 represents another chapter in the ongoing legal saga surrounding the Epstein case.
